March 12, 2024
From Friday, March 1st to Sunday, March 3rd, 2024, our university's calligraphy club will hold a graduation exhibition at the Hachioji City Gakuen Toshi Center (Hachioji City, Tokyo), featuring one student who will be graduating Graduate School this spring. We exhibited 34 pieces of work, the culmination of a total of seven students, six of whom are graduating from university. On the 3rd (Sunday), the graduates performed a calligraphy performance and wrote a piece of work to express their gratitude to the song. Speaking on behalf of the graduates, Kurumi Kinashi (4th year, Faculty of Liberal Arts) said, ``I am happy that I was able to hold a graduation exhibition with friends who I met by chance in class and connected with, even though I was not invited to participate in extracurricular activities due to the coronavirus pandemic. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who supported my student life.''
Throughout the three days, many people visited, including families of graduates and alumni of the calligraphy club, and the event ended on a high note. Thank you to everyone who came to visit us.
