Overview

Koala Café is a support program for primary school children and their guardians whose parents have been diagnosed with cancer. The purpose of this program is to enable children to acquire correct knowledge about cancer and its treatment so that they can cope with the life changes caused by their parents' cancer and control their own emotions.
It is hoped that by sharing these feelings with others who are going through the same experience, you will also be freed from loneliness. In addition, parents themselves share the same experience of raising children while suffering from cancer. Parents can share their experiences and worries with each other, which is expected to have the effect of stabilizing the child's feelings and allowing the child to live a calm life.
