The Nakayama Seminar Hachioji Campusparticipated in the World Citizenship Education Conference held at the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Centre for International Education.

On Friday, July 26th and Saturday, July 27th, 2024, four students from the seminar of Professor Kyoko Nakayama of Faculty of Education at Teikyo University participated in the World Citizenship Education Conference, held at the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Center for International Education in Seoul (South Korea).
Twenty students enrolled in teacher training courses from Japan, Korea, and China gathered together to develop teaching materials for secondary education on the themes of "cultural diversity," "peace," and "sustainable development," and gave presentations. Lively exchanges took place throughout the conference, and the students from the three countries seemed to have enjoyed the experience very much.
Our university will continue to create an environment where students can learn about cultural diversity and international exchange.
