The 2024 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Achievement Award Ceremony was held

The 2024 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Achievement Award ceremony for faculty and staff was held on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Teikyo University's Itabashi Campus, and on Sunday, April 6, at Fukuoka Campus. This award is given to individuals or organizations who have achieved outstanding results and recognition in the fields of sports, culture, welfare, academics, etc. each academic year, and have significantly enhanced the reputation of the university. In addition, among those nominated for the award, those who have demonstrated exceptional achievement will be awarded Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Special Award, and those who show promise for future achievements will be awarded the Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Encouragement Award.

The award ceremony for our university's students was held during the graduation ceremony on Friday, March 21st, and in total, one Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Special Award (one group), nine Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Merit Awards (two groups, seven individuals), and 28 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Encouragement Awards (seven groups, 21 individuals). Our university's Chairman and President, Yoshihito Okinaga, handed out the certificates and offered words of appreciation and encouragement to each of the award recipients.
