The 2024 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Merit Award Ceremony was held

On Friday, March 28, 2025, the 2024 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Merit Award ceremony for faculty and staff was held at Teikyo University's Itabashi Campus. This award is given to individuals or groups who have received outstanding results and evaluations in the fields of sports, culture, welfare, academics, etc. each year and have significantly enhanced the reputation of our university. In addition, among those recommended for the award, those who have been particularly outstanding will be awarded the Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Special Award, and those who are expected to achieve great things in the future will be awarded the Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Encouragement Award.

The award ceremony for our university's students was held during the graduation ceremony on Friday, March 21st, and in total, one Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Special Award (one group), nine Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Merit Awards (two groups, seven individuals), and 28 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Encouragement Awards (seven groups, 21 individuals) were awarded. The award certificates were handed over by our university's Chairman and President Yoshihito Okinaga, who offered words of appreciation and encouragement to each award recipient.
