Teikyo Technology Transfer Center and BULL Inc., a venture company spun off from the university, jointly exhibited at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025, which was held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo) from Thursday, May 8th to Saturday, May 10th, 2025.
This event is organized by an executive committee consisting of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other parties, and is one of Asia's largest startup conferences, with over 600 domestic and international startups, companies, and local governments exhibiting. On the day of the event, many people attended, with exhibits, sessions, and pitch contests taking place.
Our university exhibited in the "All Japan Ecosystem Area," where government agencies and local governments set up booths, and at Teikyo Technology Transfer Center booth, we introduced Teikyo University's efforts to support the creation of startups, such as the "Teikyo Innovation Gate" incubation facility, which will be completed by the end of fiscal year 2023, and the holding of business contests. At BULL Inc.'s booth, we introduced the company's space development business, including its space debris countermeasure business and orbital utilization-related business *, which attracted many questions and interest from visitors.
Teikyo University will continue to support startups in order to commercialize and implement the research results and ideas of faculty, staff, and students.
