A report meeting and send-off party for the training club was held atHachioji Campus

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, a club results report and send-off party was held at Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus Soratio Square. The university's special training clubs, including the Wind Orchestra, Calligraphy Club, Karate Club, Kendo Club, Baseball Club, Judo Club, Cheerleading Club, Ekiden (Road Relay) Club, and Rugby Football Club, participated and reported on this year's results and future goals. After each club's report, the school song was sung in unison accompanied by a performance from the Wind Orchestra, livening up the event. Children from Teikyo University Kindergarten also participated, showing their support and presenting letters of support to each club.

On the same day, Ekiden (Road Relay) Club held a joint press conference, where the 16 members who had entered the 102nd Hakone Ekiden, along with Ekiden (Road Relay) Club director and coach, gave interviews. Coach Nakano Takayuki, captain Shibato Ryota (4th year, Faculty of Medical Technology), and the other members of the team spoke passionately about their enthusiasm and goals for the Hakone Ekiden.
