Teikyo University Faculty of Economics Department of Regional Economics (Utsunomiya Campus) has signed an agreement for regional revitalization with Nakagawa Town, Tochigi Prefecture, and is helping with community development. Since 2014, it has started to produce videos to convey the charm of the town seen by the students to the outside of the town and to revitalize it. Nakagawa Town is the worst one depopulated area in Tochigi Prefecture. They hope that as many people as possible visit the town by promoting the charm of the area through videos.
Under the theme of "Let's think about the future of the city!", students have produced two videos, "Promising assets left by history" and "Challenge of creation Nakagawa".
