Department of Language Studies | Global Campus Program
Using the knowledge and skills acquired after enrollment, students will fly out to study abroad destinations affiliated with our university in the 2nd year semester of their second year (fourth semester) as a rule, and live life abroad. They will experience the different realities between Japan and other parts of the world, and experience what the "world" is.
Select the best study abroad destination for you from our global network!
The Department of Foreign Languages offers a variety of study abroad destinations with the aim of developing a global perspective and improving communication skills. Our global network spreads the North American continent, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, allowing each student to choose a destination according to their purpose, length of stay, and cost. In addition to language learning, there are great learning opportunities and a full range of hands-on training, such as "learning languages," "seeing people working overseas," "learning about overseas customs and culture," and "experiencing everyday life overseas."
Department of International Japanese Studies | Language and Training Programs
In principle, Japanese students study abroad in the first semester of the second year, and international students study at domestic partner universities. Experience different cultures through learning English, Japanese, local culture and history.
Conducting language and cultural training programs at designated schools in Japan and overseas
The Department of Department of Global Japanese Studies offers a four-month Language and Culture Training Program in the first semester 2nd year. Japanese students undergo experiential training at our group campuses and partner universities overseas (UK, New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia). International students also undergo training in Japan, taking Japanese language and culture classes at partner national universities. While studying English and Japanese, students can deepen their intercultural experience by understanding the culture and history of the local country or region, and coming into contact with diversity and industry.
