Facilities and Equipment Used by the Faculty of Education
Faculty of Education is fully equipped with practical facilities for a variety of subjects and activities, including psychology, science, home economics, piano practice, music rooms, and even a field where students can experience farming, as well as practice rooms that recreate early childhood education classrooms used in nursery schools and kindergartens.The university also has a cooperative relationship with Teikyo University Kindergarten and Teikyo University Elementary School, both located on the university campus, providing facilities and equipment for practical learning.
Teaching Center
This is a comprehensive support center for students aiming to obtain teaching licenses or childcare worker qualifications, with teachers and Senior Assistant Professor affiliated with the center providing consultation and support.
Childcare training room
This is a classroom for those who have obtained a kindergarten license / nursery qualification, and is a reproduction of a kindergarten or nursery school classroom.
This is a classroom to support students who have taken psychology courses and are aiming to acquire a certified psychologist.
Teikyo University Elementary School
Teikyo University Elementary School, located on the university campus, completed its new school building in 2012. A variety of educational activities are carried out here, mainly by students from Faculty of Education.
Teikyo University Kindergarten
Located on Hachioji Campus, the school's educational policy is to "raise children who can stand on their own two feet," and many children learn a lot every day through group living.
