I was saved many times by the teachers at the teaching profession center. When you are in trouble or in trouble, please use the help of those around you.

Q1. What made you want to become a teacher?

I started to become a teacher because I wanted to make use of what I like and what I am good at in the future, such as being good at moving the body, being good at playing the piano, and being good at children. Also, the biggest event that made me decide to become an elementary school teacher was practical training. I practiced teaching with teachers who always have a warm heart and children who are working hard on everything. During that time, I realized the fascination of teachers and became strongly motivated to work as a teacher in Tokyo.

Q2. Please tell us what you worked on to become a teacher after enrollment.

I volunteered to support learning at an elementary school. In addition to providing support during class, I also participated in school events such as athletic meet, learning presentation, and pool guidance during the summer vacation, and have been actively involved with children. I also volunteered at Teikyo University Kindergarten. While childhood cooperation is important, you can learn about children before entering elementary school through volunteering at the kindergarten. We made the best use of Teikyo University's attached elementary schools and kindergartens to acquire the qualifications and abilities necessary for teachers.

Q3. How was it using the teaching profession center?

I was taught how to write an essay for the employment exam from scratch, and I had him make corrections many times. In the interview practice, I was kind and sometimes strict. Also, when I was tired or worried about studying for the exam, or when I stopped by for no reason, he kindly spoke to me, and I have been saved by the teachers many times. It is no exaggeration to say that we would not have passed the teacher employment exam without the teachers at the teaching profession center. It's still a place you'll want to stop by after the exam.

Q4. Please tell me the measures for the teacher employment exam.

I received a university recommendation in April of my 4th grade, and from May I participated in a study session hosted by the Teaching Profession Center. There, I received thorough guidance from the interview behavior to the answers. I also practiced interviews with my friends and gave advice to each other. I also had some written exams, and in parallel with the interview practice, I was studying at university during the morning and evening hours when there were no classes. I'm glad that doing the interview practice and the written test with my friends gave each other a good stimulus.

Q5. Please tell us what you learned in the practical training.

I gave a lot of lessons in the practical training, but I never thought that it was successful. Every time I was worried, thought, and hit a big wall. However, that is why it became fun to think about how to make the lessons easy to understand and enjoyable for children. Also, imaginative children have many ideas that I didn't have. During the training, I had many times when the children taught me the joy of class and helped me. I think this is what it means to "grow with children." In the practical training, I felt the difficulty of creating lessons and learned the joy of creating lessons with my children.

Q6. Please tell us the image of the teacher you are aiming for.

I aim to be a teacher who can empathize with children and share their feelings. During school life, many things happen, such as fun and sad things, happy things and painful things for children. At such times, the teacher is always close to the child. I want to be a person who can support the hearts by sharing the feelings of the children together.

Q7. Please give some advice to current students who are aiming to become teachers.

At the university, there are many teachers who have experience as teachers and colleagues who aim to dream of being the same teacher. I relied on many people to get the "pass" ticket. If you have a problem or have a problem, please use the help of those around you. It is important not to hold it alone, but to work together to overcome the wall. "The exam is a group battle" I learned this word from teachers and seniors. Now it's my turn to tell you. Please do your best with this word in your heart. I support you!
