The Women and Researchers Support Center, in collaboration with the Gender Equality Promotion Committee, the center's steering committee, holds seminars aimed at creating a workplace environment where everyone can continue working, changing people's attitudes, and improving the research capabilities of researchers. Every year, a working group within the Gender Equality Promotion Committee takes the lead in incorporating content tailored to the current situation at Teikyo University. Depending on the content, seminars are held in a hybrid format that combines face-to-face and online sessions, or on-demand via the LMS. Even seminars held both face-to-face and online are later distributed via the LMS for a set period, and past on-demand sessions are archived on the LMS so they can be reviewed at any time.
