The Support Center for Female Physicians and Researchers, in collaboration with the Gender Equality Promotion Committee, the steering committee of the center, holds seminars aimed at improving the workplace environment so that anyone can continue working, changing people's attitudes, and improving the research capabilities of researchers. Every year, the working group within the Gender Equality Promotion Committee takes the lead in incorporating content that is suited to the current situation at Teikyo University. Depending on the content, a hybrid format that combines face-to-face and online sessions is used, or on-demand sessions are delivered via LMS. For those that are delivered face-to-face and online, a period of delivery is set aside for later delivery via LMS, and past on-demand sessions are archived on the LMS so that they can be reviewed at any time.
