We are conducting research, activities, and building evidence with the aim of creating a comfortable working environment for everyone, including establishing various systems to support female researchers and promote gender equality, hosting various events, and conducting surveys and needs surveys.
We have been commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to carry out a project to support medical professionals of child-rearing generation in 2023. Our goal is to promote the introduction of systems and programs to prevent young doctors and medical professionals from leaving their jobs and to support the careers of medical professionals of child-rearing generation, including Graduate School and undergraduate students, and to disseminate good practices both within and outside the university.
