Make a small effort. Achieving even one every day will surely lead to great growth.

Q1. What made you want to become a teacher?

It was an encounter with my teacher who was in charge of me when I was in the sixth grade of elementary school. The teacher was always facing us. Not only that, but the dialogue between the children was very important. Thanks to the teacher, I made reliable friends and made the final grade of my elementary school life memorable. That's why I feel that way now. I was fascinated by being involved in human development in the long time of 6 years.

Q2. Please tell us what you worked on to become a teacher after enrollment.

As an instructor, I actively participated in elementary school volunteer activities and accommodation events. I realize that it is most important to experience in the actual field. Knowing how to interact with children and how the teachers are doing can lead to changes in one's own way of thinking and can be an opportunity to think about it. We believe that it is essential to broaden our horizons through experience in order to have clear goals.

Q3. How was it using the teaching profession center?

A very encouraging ally. He gave me countless instructions such as correction of essays, personal interviews, and practice of scene instruction. Not only that, but they also give us words of support and listen to our stories in a friendly manner, which is a source of our hearts. Once you go to the teaching profession center, you can always learn more than one thing. Thank you very much for always being our strong ally.

Q4. Please tell me the measures for the teacher employment exam.

There is only one test preparation for me. It is "daily effort". Specific measures may vary depending on the orientation of local governments and individuals. Therefore, this is the only measure that everyone can take. In other words, anyone can do it. As I prepare for the exam, I always see that I am lacking in the tasks and myself. If you set it as a small goal and achieve it one by one every day, you will surely grow big. Make a small effort. That is "daily effort".

Q5. Please tell us what you learned in the practical training.

There are two main things I learned in the practical training. The first point is the importance of grasping the actual situation of children. I think that the most important thing in the field of education is the creation of lessons. The atmosphere between children varies depending on the grade and class. When I conducted moral lessons in several classes with the same materials, the child's reaction was quite different. By understanding the actual situation of children, you can create lessons that are easier to learn. The second point is to give prospective guidance. I felt that serving as a classroom teacher was an important role that would affect the future of my child. I learned that I should give guidance that clarifies what kind of person I want to be and how I want to live in the future.

Q6. Please tell us the image of the teacher you are aiming for.

I want to be a teacher who creates a class where children can spend their time smiling every day. I think it is most important for children to think that school is fun. Not only do I smile, but I also devise ways to get a sense of accomplishment in learning and a sense of security in the class. And I want to be a teacher who grows up with my children.

Q7. Please give some advice to current students who are aiming to become teachers.

Aiming to be a teacher is also an opportunity to grow as a human being. Through my college life and exam preparation, I was able to face myself. I learned about my weaknesses and strengths that I hadn't noticed before. Growth is only possible if we strive toward our goals. For that purpose, friends are very important. Whether in the same municipality or not, there are always friends who can stimulate each other and help each other. Everyone, please run through with all your might! And enjoy your college life and studying for exams!
