A university graduation qualification and a bachelor's degree in engineering will be awarded by enrolling in a university for at least 4 years and earning at least the prescribed 124 credits. You can also obtain a teacher's license (high school type (information)) by completing the designated subjects. (However, depending on the status of earning credits, the period of study may be exceeded. If you wish to obtain a teacher's license, please refer to "About the teaching profession course" in the entrance examination guidelines and check the required courses. ) If you wish to enroll in the commuting course while enrolled in the correspondence course, you can transfer to the university commuting course if you meet the prescribed requirements and pass the transfer examination. Qualifications for application

Person who falls under any of the following

  • Those who have graduated from high school or secondary school or are expected to graduate in March 2024.
  • Those who have completed 12 years of regular school education or are expected to complete in March 2024.
  • Those listed in 1 to 5 below who are recognized to have academic ability equivalent to or higher than those who have graduated from high school, and those who are expected to fall under these categories by March 31, 2024.
    1. Those who have completed or are expected to complete a 12-year course of school education in a foreign country by March 31, 2024, or those who are equivalent to these and designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
    2. Those who have completed a course at an overseas educational facility certified or designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as having a course equivalent to or equivalent to a high school course, and those who are expected to complete the course by March 31, 2024.
    3. Those who have completed or are expected to complete an advanced course at a vocational school (limited to those with a study period of three years or more and other standards set by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
    4. Person designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
    5. Those who have passed the High School Graduation Level Certification Examination according to the High School Graduation Level Certification Examination Regulations (including those who have passed the University Entrance Qualification Examination according to the old regulations) and those who are expected to pass by March 31, 2024. There is a system that allows regular students who have dropped out of the Correspondence Course at our university to re-enter. Admission is only in April. After recertifying the credits earned at the time of withdrawal and deliberation, admission will be decided and the year of re-enrollment will be decided. Due to changes in the curriculum, the credits earned in the previous enrollment may not be recognized as the number of credits required for graduation. If you wish to re-enroll, you will need a "re-enrollment application (prescribed form)" in addition to the entrance examination guidelines.

Students who choose and study (take) any of the courses offered in the correspondence course of the university without aiming to graduate from university are called "students". You can take only the courses that you are interested in for liberal arts, or only the specific courses that are necessary to obtain qualifications such as a teacher's license. (However, those who are enrolled in other universities and are expected to obtain a teacher's license are excluded.) To enroll, a high school graduation or equivalent or higher qualification is required. It can also be used for the accumulated credits corresponding to the basic qualifications required to obtain a bachelor's degree, which are awarded by the National Institution for Academic Degrees and Evaluation.
