Those who have applied for a study fund loan to Ibaraki Prefecture and who can enroll in the Teikyo University School of School of Medicine General Selection (Ibaraki Prefecture Special Area Frame) and pledge to engage in a medical institution designated by Ibaraki Prefecture as a doctor after graduation. ..

Or, children of those who live in Ibaraki prefecture who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a high school or secondary school in Japan. Refund exemption

If you obtain a doctor's license within 1 year and 6 months after graduating from university and immediately engage in work as a doctor for 9 years (including the clinical training period) at a medical institution designated by Ibaraki Prefecture, you will be exempted from returning.
For more than half of the period of employment, I will work at a "medical institution in a doctor-deficient area".
